The PAX Arena VALORANT Invitational came to an end this Sunday. Out of the 20 participating teams, Sentinels proved to be the best, taking the champion’s title.

Another Valorant event is in the past, as the PAX Arena Invitational finished this weekend. The tournament was the biggest one in North America as well as globally. No other Valorant event has gathered 20 teams before that, but something tells us that will soon change. The big event lasted for a total of 5 days and split the 20 teams into four groups of 5 each. By the end of the group stage only the top 8 remained and all of them were professional organizations with the exception of Homeless.

With no second chances in the playoffs (since it was single elimination) defeat meant the loser goes home. TSM took out Envy, Sentinels eliminated Gen.G, Cloud9 came out victorious against Immortals and surprisingly Homeless defeated T1. The latter was considered to be one of the favorites to win the whole event, but boy were we wrong. The final four came down to TSM, Sentinels, Cloud9 and Homeless. It was quite an impressive feat for an orgless team to make it this far, but their story came to an end during the semifinals.

There C9 eliminated the underdogs, while Sentinels brought down TSM.

The last two teams met in the finals where Sentinels proved to be the better team ending the series with a 3:1 score. C9 definitely had their moments though.

Sentinels proved they were the best team at the event, eliminating the opposition and defeating some of the best Valorant teams in the scene.
