S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, or for my own sanity, Stalker 2, will finally see the light of day - or the blackness of the night - next year. Here is everything we know about the game so far.
The first Stalker game was released in 2007. Can you believe that? It’s already been 13 years since this classic came out that is still beloved to this day. And see, when you wait 13 years for a game, you have some sort of expectations, right?
Well, that new Gameplay Teaser for Stalker 2 most certainly didn’t disappoint.
Welcome Back to the Zone, Player.
In case you needed a reminder of what Stalker 2 is about, or maybe haven’t even played the first game at all, we'll bring you up to speed.
Stalker 2 is a mixture of FPS, immersive sim, and horror. It has a massive open-world and even multiple endings depending on your choices.
Sounds great? That’s because it is. However, if you can’t handle horror games, then maybe skip this one. As wonderful as open-world and multiple endings with choices sound, this is a game for which you very well could poop your pants if you're not made for it. That feeling that you had during the teaser? That anxiety, that something might kill you at any second? Maximize that and you’ll know what we mean.
There is, however, that other thing that we need to address. The elephant in the room.
This is going to be an Xbox exclusive for 2021. PC players and Xbox players will be able to enjoy Stalker 2, PlayStation players, sorry. You just have to settle for the 2420280 other PS Exclusives that will come out in 2021 (you know it’s true).
What did you think about this Teaser? Did you play the first Stalker game and are now definitely going to play Stalker 2? Let us know on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. EarlyGame always loves to hear from you!
