LoL Patch 11.11 Highlights

League of Legends

LoL Patch 11.11 is out today and with it, we are getting new PROJECT skins, updated champions as well as the return of Nexus Blitz. Many Champion changes have been undone from previous balancing blunders.

In this League of Legends patch, the balance team decided to look back at some previous changes to see how they’ve settled in and made adjustments accordingly. We also have a complete list of all champion and item buffs and nerfs if you want all the nitty-gritty details.

Champion Highlights in LoL Patch 11.11

Morgana, who has been dominating the jungle since LoL Patch 11.9 is seeing another nerf, since the one she got in Patch 11.10 just wasn’t enough. Her W damage against non-epic monsters has been reduced to 155% from 185%.

Master Yi is going to have to find a new build other than the Duskblade one. Riot has adjusted his kit, so that players don’t focus on maxing Q first and then going ham. Riot said they want to diversify his build options, and thus changed his Q damage ratio to 90% while his E base damage was increased. Will he find a new build in LoL Patch 11.11?

Hecarim, who has been a dominant force in the jungle, was treated a little too harshly by the balance team over Patch 11.9 and Patch 11.10, so in LoL Patch 11.11, he is getting some buffs to try and make up for the horrendous state he has been in. His Q damage ratio is increased as well as his E damage ratio. Yee Haw!

Item Highlights in LoL Patch 11.11

Multiple tank items were taken under the microscope this Patch. Bramble Vest now has a base Armor of 30 and the passive which scales with bonus armor was removed. This was done to try and keep people from building it before they even finished their second item.

Rock Solid, a shared effect between Frostfire Gauntlet, Raduin’s Omen as well as Warden’s Mail got adjusted in LoL Patch 11.11 as well. The effect reduces damage taken by champions and was buffed in this patch, so tanks can feel a little tankier.

Skins Released in LoL Patch 11.11

This patch released a total of six skins. All the skins are part of the PROJECT skin line, which is one of Riot’s most successful recurring skin series. Sylas will also be getting a prestige skin. Players are able to unlock this skin with prestige points they gain throughout the event PROJECT: Bastion.

Mordekaiser and Renekton both got new Legendary skins. This means that the skins also have some new voice lines recorded. Meanwhile, Varus, Sejuani and Senna are the other three champions who also got new skins in LoL Patch 11.11.
