League of Legends fans couldn't get enough of the High Noon skins in Patch 10.12 now there's a pool party coming, and you're all invited. A whole batch of nerfs is in for the PBE. Let's get into those patch notes!
It's a Pool Party in Patch 10.13
Riot Games was teasing us last week for the coming summer pool party skins, and now we know who's coming to the PBE for testing! Joining the Pool Party will be:
- Jarvan IV
These champions were lucky enough to make it into Riots Pool Party, and we couldn't be more excited! Though we were concerned for Orianna, who, you know, is a Robot.
As always, Mark Yetter has been posting on Twitter the list of potential changes, with more coming tomorrow via Mark's Tweet.
Some potential changes might be coming for Patch 10.13 for these champions:
Let's discuss Ornn. Right now, Ornn can do just about everything and everything, especially in professional play and higher competitive games. If you've been watching then League of Legends LCS Summer Split, you'll know what we're talking about here.
You can be assured his base health and armor will be reduced in addition to some fine-tuning to his abilities to stop him from menacing Summoner's Rift.
EarlyGame tip: Pick Ornn now before he's fixed. Ornn continues to dominate until Patch 10.13 drops, then you can expect him to drop off for some time.

Aphelios is considered one of the most overpowered champions in the game right now, and will finally be getting more changes that hopefully addresses his raw damage output and ridiculous life-steal that we put in our top 5 League of Legends video.
League of Legends is having a hard time finding the right balance for Aphelios at the moment, and who could blame them, with his abilities being the hardest to understand. Oh, and Death's Dance is being nerfed, and fans are unhappy about that.
Some potential buffs might be coming for Patch 10.13 for these champions:
- Nocturne (Jungle)
Lucian and Ryze buffs? Really Riot? It's the last champions at the moment who need buffs. It seems there is potential to see some changes to their abilities, so while we don't think they're needed, a tip from EarlyGame is to pick Lucian and Ryze when patch 10.13 arrives, at the moment both champions are strong, and with the additional buffs potentially coming, we want you to have every win you can get.
When is League of Legends Patch 10.13 coming?
