Halo Infinite Multiplayer Season 1 Will Be About Reach
Remember Halo Reach? It was the sixth Halo game to come out and a prequel to the original Halo: Combat Evolved. The game followed a squad of supersoldiers called Team Noble and revolved around the fall of the planet Reach. Thus the name. And the next step of their journey begins with the launch of Halo Infinite’s first Multiplayer Season, which we’re calling “Heroes of Reach.” Customizing your character, making your Spartan look and sound exactly the way you want, is a huge part of the journey. The Hero in Halo Infinite Multiplayer Is You

But it isn’t the whole truth… There’s another hero standing beside Master Chief at the very heart of the Halo universe. Some of you may have met this hero way back in 2001 with the launch of Halo: Combat Evolved. Some of you will meet this hero for the first time this holiday.
Because this hero is you. - Joseph Staten, Leiter der Kreativabteilung
Does this mean that the first season of Halo Infinite Multiplayer will be a throwback to Halo Reach? We don't know. What we do know is that the lore will be next-level and if it isn't many people will be left disappointed. Way to raise our expectations 343! Let's hope it all goes well.
