Ready to stalk through the wilderness? The new Safari skin in Fortnite is now available in the item shop! Check out how it looks and everything you need to know.
Yesterday, July 14, the Safari skin was officially launched in the item shop for the first time. Leakers announced the skin a long time ago, but it wasn't sure when it will be available for purchase. Now the cool skin has arrived and we show how it looks like, how much it costs and what else is included in the set. Cowboy or ranger hat on, Will Smith's song "Wild Wild West" turned on, and off we go.
The Wildest West Set
Safari, the conqueror of the untamed wilderness is a rare skin and costs 1,200 V-Bucks. It is part of the Wildest West set and lives up to its name. The skin was first released yesterday on July 14, 2020 (Chapter 2, Season 3). In addition, there's also the Back Bling Flint Bag, which is also included in the set. Howdy, friends. There's a new sheriff in town.
Safari has two style variations. One with hat and sunglasses and one without.
Not included in the pack, but part of the Wildest West set are the Flail Blades pickaxes, which can be purchased for 500 V-Bucks in the item shop. The description for these is "Sometimes you gotta bash, sometimes you gotta slice." Yeah, well, that might sound a little harsh, but they still look cool. And the Wildest West is for the really tough guys and girls.
We already received some western-themed skins in Fortnite before and it seems Epic Games hasn't had enough of them yet. Probably because the skins in Fortnite are quite popular and - let's be honest - all have a style that just somehow fits the title a bit too good.
