Filip Kostić has been selected as the Bundesliga POTM for March. EA Sports have already prepared a special FUT card for the Serbian. We have prepared the cheapest SBC solution.
Filip Kostić is as cheap as a POTM card can get, but as usual, there’s a perfectly good reason for that. We will explain why an 88 OVR winger for 60,000 coins isn’t great in our SBC solution.

The FIFA 21 Filip Kostić Bundesliga POTM SBC Card
- Position: LM
- Nation: Serbia
- League: Bundesliga
- Team: Eintracht Frankfurt
- OVR: 88
- Weak Foot: 2
- Skill Moves: 3
- Price: approx. 60,000 coins
- Expiry: May 14
We already hinted at the verdict: Kostić is not really worth adding to your FUT squad, even at this discount price. But why? Deadeye chemistry style sets him up at 93 OVR – surely an outstanding value?
The issues lie in the Serbian’s woeful skill moves and weak foot stats that make him very hard to maximize on the wing. If Kostić had slightly higher defensive stats, he would have made a proper wing back, where neither weak foot, nor skills matter nearly as much.
With all of that said, the Bundesliga isn’t filled with world-class left-wingers, so if you’ve committed to the German league, then this SBC might be worth doing. Worst case scenario you’ll have a cheap 88 OVR to trade in for a TOTY card once they launch.
The Cheapest Solution
Two cheap squads are required for POTM Kostić:
- Min. one Bundesliga player, min. 80 OVR, min. 80 chemistry
- Min. one TOTW player, min. 83 OVR, min. 75 chemistry
Team 1: Bundesliga
If EA wants a Bundesliga team, we'll give them a Bundesliga team! Barely any of these players crack 1,000 coins and that’s how the squad’s total value is less than 10,000 coins.
Team 2: Top Form
The second team is considerably more expensive, yet still a more than manageable total of 52,000 coins. Wahbi Khazri from TOTW 29 is the In-Form, the rest of the squad is mostly a mix of La Liga and Ligue 1 players.
