Untradeable players have always been that eyesore no one knows what to do with it. Even though they are untradeable, they are not unusable. Fortunately, there are many different ways in which you can use those players. Keep reading and find out what to do with untradeable FIFA 21 players.

Use Them in Your Squad

The most logical solution is, of course, to use them in your squad. However, you can’t use them all. You can use only players that are good enough to make the cut and can be connected with the rest of your team. Don’t let some high rated player ruin your team chemistry, it won’t do you any good. Instead, try to include your best untradeable players by making a hybrid team. On the other side, if you are lucky enough to pack some highly-rated players like Ronaldo or Messi, you can try to build a team around him. It is a good strategy in the early stages of the game. Later, when new in-form cards come, that team won’t be of much use, but you will still be able to sell it or transfer it into a hybrid team as you develop.

Squad Building Challenges

Whenever you are exchanging players in SBCs, make sure to always spend your untradeable players. If you press options, you can filter players by price (high to low), untradeable only, and most recent acquire. Make sure to select untradeable players and try to use as many as you can. Keep in mind that you won’t be able to finish every SBC with only untradeable players, you will have to buy a few missing players in every SBC.

SBC Upgrades

Another way to spend low rated untradeable players is by upgrading them via SBC Gold upgrade. You need to exchange 11 gold players in order to receive only 2 Gold rare players, who will also be untradeable. This technique isn’t recommended because it isn’t profitable in most situations. Anyway, you can always try to exchange some players that aren’t of any use in the hope to get some that you may actually use. It is also useful to upgrade your silver players into gold ones.

Wait for Special SBCs

If you have some highly rated (84+) untradeable players make sure to keep them in your team. Like every FIFA before, this one will surely have special SBC’s in the following update. Wait for TOTW 84+ SBC which will require 84 rated teams for some special packs that will contain tradable players. There will also be special SBC’s for Champions League. You will be able to get tradable CL cards by exchanging players. That’s why it is always good to have a decent amount of untradeable players at your disposal. Just stack them and wait for SBC because they will surely come. It is only a matter of time.
