The Big Rating Shifts
There are a few small surprises in the Top 10 this year. For example, the rating of Kevin de Bruyne did not rise as much we thought. But we were right about Robert Lewandowski: he finally gets a higher rating and rises to 91 OVR.
The two best players are again Lionel Messi (93 OVR) and Cristiano Ronaldo (92 OVR), who both lost one point compared to FIFA 20.
Lewandowski becomes the best Bundesliga player and the best German is once again the goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen from FC Barcelona. He gets a rating of 90. Manuel Neuer can also look forward to a boost who reached 89 OVR this year.
