The Dota 2 Pro Circuit 2021 is about to kick off later this month and some teams already got a direct invitation. TNC and EHOME are using the time to make some roster changes.
With roughly two weeks remaining before the start of the Dota 2 Pro Circuit 2021 teams are busy trying to earn a spot or making roster changes.
Febby Is no Longer TNC’s Coach
Up until yesterday, Kim "Febby" Yong-min was TNC Predator’s coach. That all changed as he was transferred back to an active role as the team’s position 5 support and captain. So, who is he replacing? Well, nobody, really.
Today we announce that we are releasing Kim Yong Min, better know as Febby, from coaching— TNC Predator PH (@TNCPredator) January 7, 2021
and welcoming him back officially as our new team captain!
See you all in the upcoming games of the DPC season!

Febby was already playing as the team’s support during their last event – the BTS Pro Series Season: 4 SEA. There, TNC grabbed the champion’s title, and switching Febby to an active role only makes sense. Whether the team’s streak will continue in the regional league remains to be seen.
Sccc Out of EHOME
What came more of a surprise than Febby was Song "Sccc" Chun leaving EHOME. Yesterday the team released an official statement on Weibo.
Based on the player’s personal will and the respect for player’s needs for career development, through friendly negotiations, we have reached an agreement with Sccc on the following adjustment:
EHOME’s contract with Song ”Sccc” Chun has been terminated peacefully, and he becomes a free agent as of today.
Thank you, Sccc, for your brilliant performance and the huge contributions you made to the club. You have always been strict with yourself. With your professional rigor and your positivity, you were a big drive for the team to move forward. We feel lucky to have fought together with you, and we sincerely wish you every success in your career!
Sccc left Team Aster in early September 2020 and announced that he’ll be taking a short break from the pro scene. Just a few weeks later he was signed over by EHOME. Around the same time, the whole Chinese scene suffered a major player shuffle due to the forming of 4AM.Elephant (now just Elephant).

Chun’s spot at EHOME was quickly filled by Lai "Ahjit" Jay Son who got transferred from LGD.International. The competition in China is as high as ever but EHOME just might have what it takes to make it to the top.
