The Dota Pro Circuit 2021 is underway, and we’ve already seen the conclusion of Week 2. Let’s go through what happened.

Dota 2 action every day. That’s what has been going over the past two weeks since the start of the Dota Pro Circuit 2021. While some regions offer little to no surprises, we’ve already seen some twists in others.

DPC 2021 Europe

Europe continues to deliver more of the same and it’s not looking good for High Coast Esports (ex-Chicken Fighters). The team has lost two more series this week, one against Liquid and another versus Tundra Esports. OG scored a victory against the latter but then lost versus Alliance. The Swedish team proved they’re far from done.

The results so far:

1.Team Secret2-04-1
2.Team Nigma2-04-2
3.Team Liquid2-15-2
6.Tundra Esports1-24-4

DPC 2021 CIS

In the CIS, VP and Na’Vi continued to dominate. Team Spirit started on a positive note last week but have now suffered two losses – one against Empire and another versus NoTechies. The Russian bears and Natus Vincere are the only two teams that are still undefeated and they’ve cemented their place at the top.

The results so far:

1.Natus Vincere3-06-1
3.Live to Win1-12-2
4.Team Empire1-12-3
5.Team Spirit1-24-4
8.Team Unique0-21-4

DPC 2021 China

China is by far the most interesting region in the first two weeks. Many expected PSG.LGD and Elephant to be the top two in here. The superstar team of Elephant lost a series to Aster but then made up for it by beating LBZS. With that, they’re currently in 7th place. The top three teams in China, each with two victories and no losses, are – Vici Gaming, Team Aster, Invictus Gaming.

The results so far:

1.Vici Gaming2-04-0
2.Team Aster2-04-1
3.Invictus Gaming2-04-2
7.Team MagMa0-30-6

DPC 2021 SEA

Neon Esports and Fnatic are the top teams in SEA for now. Fnatic scored another point versus Execreation and Neon defeated TNC. It’s all quite uncertain under the top two and we’ll continue to follow the region with anticipation.

The results so far:

1.Neon Esports3-06-2
4.BOOM Esports1-12-3
6.TNC Predator1-23-4
7.496 Gaming1-35-6
8.Vice Esports0-20-4

DPC 2021 North America

Evil Geniuses, Quincy Crew and Undying remain undefeated in the NA region. Peter “ppd” Dager’s S A D B O Y S defeated the bottom of the barrel A-Team this week which earned them fourth place. In the meantime, Quincy Crew stomped 4 Zoomers and EG swept through Black N Yellow.

The results so far:

1.Evil Geniuses3-06-2
2.Quincy Crew2-04-0
4.S A D B O Y S1-13-2

DPC 2021 South America

The only team that hasn’t even lost a game in South America is beastcoast. They’ve been at the top of their game, not leaving a chance to any of their opponents so far. The same couldn’t be said for anyone else as this week we saw Thunder Predator fall to SG e-sports and Infamous suffer a loss to Team Unknown. Anyone can make it to the top!

The results so far:

2.Thunder Predator2-14-3
4.Latam Defenders1-12-3
4.SG e-sports1-12-3
6.Team Unknown1-23-4
8.NoPing e-sports0-22-4

We're only two weeks in and the third one is about to start tomorrow. It might seem like it's too early to say who'll remain at the top but some teams have already played half their games. Others have suffered numerous losses and their spot in the Upper Division will be under question by the end of the season.
