Every new Call of Duty and also Warzone is divided into several seasons. One of these seasons usually lasts about two months and brings a new Battle Pass as well as a lot of new content, new weapons, new operators, new maps and more. Typically, after about a month, there is a so-called mid-season update, which heralds the second half of the season and delivers another load of content. But what happened to Season 1 Reloaded?

[Update January 12]
The Mid-Season Update just went live across all platforms, for Vanguard as well as for Warzone. We still don't know why neither Raven Software nor Sledgehammer Games have announced the update before but at least we finally can jump into Season 1 Reloaded. Here are the complete Patch Notes for Vanguard and Warzone:

When Is Vanguard & Warzone Season 1 Reloaded Starting?
With the integration of Vanguard into Warzone at the beginning of December, Season 1 also started in Vanguard and Warzone and accordingly, the mid-season update should actually go live this week. Strangely enough, we still have no official announcement, no tweet, no trailer, no roadmap, nothing.
Usually, we get the roadmap for the mid-season update about a week or at least a few days in advance in a detailed blog post from the developers. Here, all new content is presented to us and an official release date is announced. However, the Season 1 Reloaded roadmap has not been released yet, which is why the community is wondering when the update will finally arrive.
According to trusted sources, Season 1 Reloaded should actually go live today, but this seems really unlikely due to the lack of communication from the developers. Of course, we will update this article as soon as we get the first official information about the mid-season update.
Will The Warzone & Vanguard Mid-Season Update Be Delayed?
There has been no official communication about this either. However, since Sledgehammer Games keeps talking about various bugs and other problems they are currently working on, it could very well be that Season 1 Reloaded will be postponed for a few days in favor of some bug fixes. With any luck, we'll get an official announcement or at least a statement from the developers later today.
What do you think of Vanguard and Warzone Season 1 so far? Are Sledgehammer and Raven doing a good job, or are you rather disappointed?
