Call of Duty -

Last year's Warzone Halloween Event was a huge success, so naturally, we're keen to find out more about this year's shenanigans. Here's everything we know about Warzone's 2021 Halloween Event, including all leaks and details.

We're not really sure how this could possibly be true, but it's almost Halloween time again. As you can see in the image above, Warzone's first Halloween Event came as a last hurrah for the Modern Warfare era, with Black Ops Cold War due out only a few weeks after October 31. This year, we bid goodbye to BOCW, a bittersweet farewell, as we head towards Vanguard's release on November 5.

[UPDATE: September 28, 2021]

Halloween-Themed Vanguard Pre-Order Bonus Coming

A Halloween-themed bonus will come to those who pre-ordered Call of Duty: Vanguard, according to the Call of Duty blog. No specific details are available yet, despite the announcement. Here's what Activision confirmed, taken from the Call of Duty Blog.

October will also see the inclusion of one more pre-order bonus – whatever may lurk in the shadows as Halloween approaches, stay connected to all our official channels for intel on this treat as a thanks to those who pre-order Call of Duty: Vanguard.

We could imagine that the Halloween-themed bonus might actually come to Vanguard itself, and not just Warzone. This is due to the simple fact that Call of Duty: Vanguard is launching a mere five days after Halloween. Still, we'll have to wait and see what might be lurking in the shadows...

So what's going happening to initiate this year's farewell, what is happening in the 2021 Warzone Halloween Event? Nothing has yet been announced, but there have been a few leaks, specifically from TheGhostOfHope on Twitter. Thus, here's everything we currently know about Warzone's Halloween Event in 2021.

What Will the Warzone Halloween Event 2021 Be Called?

The Warzone Halloween Event 2021 will reportedly be called "All Hallows Eve", according to leaks. TheGhostOfHope is a relatively prolific leaker, who has been right about a number of things. Keep in mind, though, that you should always take leaks with a pinch of salt. The term "All Hallows' Eve" is an alternative name for Halloween, which is a celebration of the Western Christian feast on All Hallows' Day. Thus, by calling the Warzone Halloween Event "All Hallows Eve" in 2021, Raven would, in a way, literally just be calling it "Halloween".

Who Are the Warzone Halloween Event 2021 Operators?

We will likely see Ghostface from Scream featured as a Halloween 2021 Warzone Operator. This will result in some interesting games, especially seeing a ton of Ghostface operators running around in Warzone. Kind of creepy, but also kind of awesome. In addition, there is a rumor based on leaks from Nanikos that we may see a Donnie Darko bundle added as part of Warzone's 2021 Halloween celebrations. We don't know what this could mean in practice, nor which character or characters would be featured in such a bundle. That being said, anything from Donnie Darko would likely be fantastic. It's time to get hyped for Warzone's Halloween Event in 2021. It's going to get spooky.
