For the big new Update 1.11 in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, players are getting a pretty sweet gift: double XP over the weekend. What's the deal? Read on to find out!
Fans of Black Ops Cold War and Warzone have been rather disappointed with Season 1 so far. Treyarch promised exciting new features and content, but with all the persistent problems with bugs and cheaters, player enjoyment has been at an all-time low. Season One: Reloaded, and Update 1.11 is the next big hurrah, and we are loving it so far. We also have a little gift from Treyarch: Double XP this weekend!
When Will Double XP Grace Our Screens?
As with Update 1.11 itself, it depends a bit on your platform. Players on PlayStation will benefit from the Double XP weekend one day longer, and can start earning more experience points as early as Thursday evening.
- Double XP starts on Friday, February 5, at 7PM CET, and will run through until Monday, February 8, at 7PM.
- For PlayStation players, the Double XP Weekend starts as early as Thursday evening (February 4) - THAT'S TODAY!
- Double XP is also available in Warzone!
