With the recent bans, the upcoming Amonkhet Remaster, and the talk of a new Anthology early next year, Historic is definitely big and promising to get even bigger.

Many of us have been shying away from the MTGA non-rotating format or only dabbling until now, but are considering taking the plunge and diving in deep. Let’s win some Historic with this list of excellent decks!

Recently MTG Arena held an online tournament with cash prizes, offering non-pro players the chance to play in the big leagues and get a taste of what it’s like to be among the best.

A few decks made it to the 7-win mark and climb in the elite echelons. Luckily, EarlyGame has the stats, so now you can try these decks for yourself and see what high-power Historic is all about. Listed below are some of our favorites.

White-Blue Auras

There are many flavors of Auras - from monog-white, to all sorts of white-blue builds. This is an example of one of the great picks. Keep in mind that Teferi, Time Reveler, who helped a lot of players reach the 7-win mark, is no longer legal in Historic, so this is an excellent alternative.
